How returns work

- Send a photo: A quick photo of the issue helps us resolve it faster and improve our processes.
- Resolution: We'll review your request and process a refund or replacement within 1 working day, in line with our Refund Policy.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Am I eligible for a return or refund?

How long do I have to request a return?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We review every request and aim to process a refund or replacement within 1 working day.
How do I request a return?
Email hello@luniva-science.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Including a photo helps us resolve your request faster and confirm the correct return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost order, we cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1 working day. It may then take your bank or payment provider 3–5 working days to show the funds in your account.
