• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually dispatched on the same working day.

• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Where promotional free shipping is available, this will automatically be applied at checkout once the qualifying conditions are met.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your parcel has been collected by the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments

Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, the order will be considered delivered.
